A Month of Honor and Hidden Plans Revealed
Decrees for Glory
On July 30, 2024, I was seeking the Lord for the month of August, and as I was praying in the spirit, I saw my spirit leave my body and walk out. My spirit looked back, and I could see my body still sitting in the chair. Then my spirit started walking and immediately I entered a beautiful garden. Everything in this garden seemed to have life.
As I walked, I heard the gentle whisper of someone calling my name. It sounded like when Jesus called Mary's name and she knew it was the Lord. So I turned, and I too knew it was the Lord; He was sitting under a tree. I then saw myself like a child, and I could see that He had a book that He wanted to read to me. So, without any questions, I ran and sat next to Him.
The title of the book was Decrees for Glory. It looked like a comic book. Inside the book, there was a photo of an incident that I recognized. Under it, I saw decrees being made, then prepared, and finally revealed, as well as speech bubbles (where you would read the thoughts of people). Every page followed the same cycle.
The preparation phase is where God uses everything that we are going through. In the preparation phase, inside the book, I saw words like "brokenness," "suffering," and "humility." It was like a recipe book.
But the message God gave me was amazing. He said, "I have decreed your glory because you have been united to the King of glory."
God's Hidden Plans Are about to Be Revealed
After this, I felt led to go to Scripture to see what I could find on these words:
1. Hidden
"But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. (Photo via Unsplash)
"But as it is written: 'Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.'
"But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God." (1 Corinthians 2:7–10 NKJV)
2. Decreed
"But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glory." (1 Corinthians 2:7 ESV)
3. Prepared
"That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, 'No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love Him.'" (1 Corinthians 2:9 NLT)
4. Revealed
"But it was to us that God revealed these things by His Spirit. For His Spirit searches out everything and shows us God's deep secrets." (1 Corinthians 2:10 NLT)
A Month of Honor
As I continued seeking the Lord for the month of August, I heard Him tell me to check out the meaning of the word "august." When I looked it up, this is what I found:
As an adjective, august means "profoundly honored." Its synonyms are "honorable," "worthy of being honored; entitled to honor and respect" (Vocabulary.com). It also means "of supreme dignity or grandeur" (Dictionary.com).
And the Lord drew me to this Scripture:
"[W]hat are human beings that You are mindful of them, mortals that You care for them?
"Yet You have made them a little lower than God, and crowned them with glory and honor. You have given them dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under their feet, all sheep and oxen, and also the beasts of the field, the birds of the air, and the fish of the sea, whatever passes along the paths of the seas." (Psalm 8:4–8)
"You made them a little lower than the angels; you crowned them with glory and honor and put everything under their feet. In putting everything under them, God left nothing that is not subject to them..." (Hebrew 2:7–8)
Prophetic Word for August: An Open Book of Revelation
Here is the prophetic word the Lord released to me for the month of August:
"As you step into the month of August, many mysteries of My wisdom and surprises will be revealed. This is not the time to trust in your own ability or in any earthly power, but to rely on My grace and wisdom.
"Despite the suffering, the mocking, and the hardship, you will be profoundly honored by Me. For I have crowned you with glory and honor, and have given you dominion over the high places. Use your authority and take dominion. (Photo via Pixabay)
"This will be a month where you will experience a new level of dominion and see everything under your feet. I am releasing unto you a new level of authority and dominion, which you will experience. Therefore, take authority over the high places, demonic entities, and territorial spirits which are attacking you.
"This is not the time to surrender and conform; it's not the time to lose heart and be discouraged, but to remove, destroy, break down, and smash every demonic pillar in your life. It's the time to cleanse your altar and erase the work of the devil over every high place in your life. Then watch Me restore to you honor and glory. Watch Me release your reward and your inheritance. For I, the Lord your God, hate robbery and wrongdoing, and the enemy has been stealing.
"I am mindful of the wrong which was done to you, and I Myself will profoundly honor you and distinguish you. I have released decrees for your glory. I have prepared them and will reveal them to you.
"August shall be a month where My plans which were hidden will be revealed.
"Rise up and take authority. Decree My decrees and watch Me do the impossible. Watch Me bring you into what no eye has seen and no ear has heard—that which I prepared for those who love Me.
"You may have been feeling overcome by your enemies, but watch Me profoundly honor you. Your suffering is coming to an end and will not be compared to the glory which will be revealed. For August will be an open book of revelation.
